This ÉcoPerformance component helps building owners optimize HVAC, lighting, and control systems through a structured recommissioning (RCx) process. We help you reduce energy use, lower GHGs, and extend equipment life — without major capital investment.

💰 Financial Assistance

  • 75% of eligible project costs, up to $100,000 per site
  • Covers all three RCx phases:
    ✅ Investigation
    ✅ Implementation
    ✅ Continuous Monitoring (2–10 years)

🧩 Who Qualifies?

  • Existing commercial, institutional, industrial, agricultural, and municipal buildings in Québec
  • Project must be managed by a MELCCFP-accredited RCx professional
  • Pre-approval required — no retroactive work allowed

  • Another ÉcoPerformance RCx at the same site within 5 years
  • Programs that cover the same optimization measures (e.g., HVAC tuning)
  • Recommissioning work completed prior to project approval
