🧩 Who Qualifies?

  • Ontario homeowners (detached, semi-detached, row homes, some MURBs)
    • Must complete both pre- and post-retrofit energy assessments with a certified REA
    • Enbridge Gas customers are eligible for full HER+ funding
    • Non-Enbridge customers may access Canada Greener Homes Grant (up to $5,000)
