  • Up to 75% of eligible costs, capped at:
    • $5 million per site
    • $10 million per year per site
  • Funding calculated using the most advantageous formula:
    ✅ 75% of eligible costs
    ✅ PRIsa (cost vs. minimum efficiency benchmark)
    ✅ GHG reduction rate:
    • Up to $185/tCO₂e (small/medium consumers)
    • $50–60/tCO₂e (large consumers)
